The Opportunity: Our client is looking for a seasoned Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to provide end-to-end technical leadership across high-value mission-critical digital services within the public sector. This is a senior level position where you will be involved in hands-on development as well as team management to steer multi-disciplinary development teams for large-scale digital transformation programmes. Skills and Experience: * Extensive experience leading Full Stack Engineering teams with advanced capabilities in .NET, Java, or Python, along with exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks. * Proven track record mentoring engineers and elevating delivery quality through structured coaching. * Strong client-facing acumen with the ability to advise on strategic technology direction. * Delivery leadership within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, etc.) * Hands-on experience architecting scalable secure cloud solutions on AWS and/or Azure * A consulting or software house background is also highly desirable Role and Responsibilities: * The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to provide end-to-end technical leadership across high-value, mission-critical digital services within the public sector.
