Hi, I'm Charlotte, Product Director at Motorway. We're the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace, and our product team is changing how cars are bought and sold online. We're at the cutting edge of the automotive industry, using innovative product strategies to drive growth and shape the future of car buying and selling. As our Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of Motorway Pay , our industry-first, custom payment platform, transforming high-value vehicle transactions with instant, secure settlements, and directly fuelling our marketplace's liquidity and driving Motorway's path to profitability.
Lead a cross-functional squad, building industry-leading products that transform the car selling experience for sellers and buyers.
Define and evolve the product vision and strategy with your squad, other Product Managers, and senior leadership.
Deeply understand our customers and the market using quantitative and qualitative discovery, testing, and interviews.
Work with our data team and self-serve analytics, defining success metrics and regularly monitoring and reporting on product and feature performance.
you've been deeply involved in building, launching, and scaling digital payment solutions, ideally for high-value transactions.
Results-oriented, delivering projects quickly, adapting to new information, and iterating for continuous improvement.
You create amazing user experiences and understand continuous discovery, regularly engaging with users, gathering feedback, and validating assumptions.
Naturally analytical and fluent in data storytelling, experimentation, and analysis. You're sharp as a tack analytically and completely fluent in using data to spot specific opportunities, fine-tune transaction flows, and measure commercial impact.
Appreciation for customer-centric design and best-in-class UX.
Familiarity with UK payment regulations and experience building digital payment solutions, ideally for high-value transactions.
