As a Senior Product Manager for the Subscription Value of Flo, you will be crucial in optimizing our subscription offerings as we explore more complex revenue mechanics and tiers. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with Marketing Managers, UX specialists, Product Designers, Analysts, Content, and Engineering teams. You will manage the roadmap, contribute to company goals, and make data-informed decisions to enhance user experience, trials, subscriptions, and LTV.
Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize subscription packages and upsell mechanics.
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights for data-driven product decisions.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preparing, testing, and refining subscription packages and bundles to maximize value and engagement.
Building a strategy aligned with the company's vision.
Partnering with content teams to understand segment needs and cover them holistically.
Collaborating with onboarding, growth UX, and promotional teams to enhance the premium offering.
Analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve the subscription value proposition.
