We're looking for individuals who have: 4+ years of experience in M&A advisory or transaction services (investment banks, Big 4, or M&A boutiques) Solid exposure to TMT transactions and an interest in deepening sector expertise The ability to lead and manage deal processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, client presentations, and negotiations Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style As a Manager, youll take ownership of deal execution, mentor junior team members, and play an active role in business development and sector coverage.
