Operating within a complex, commercially driven environment, this role will shape and modernise the groups learning strategy during a period of operational growth and structural evolution. The role: This is a strategic build-and-embed role. You will define and implement a group wide learning & development framework incorporating: High-potential identification methodology Succession planning governance and workforce planning cadence Executive and senior leadership coaching Mentoring frameworks Rotational and cross-functional development pathways Assessment tools and learning diagnostics Structured learning journeys with measurable impact
