A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels, is recruiting for a Learning and Development Specialist to join a busy team in their Slough office on a full time, 12-month contract basis.\n\nAs the Learning & Development Specialist, you'll design, coordinate and deliver a variety of training initiatives, from technical and leadership programs to e-learning and soft skills development.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain accurate training records in the LMS, oversee completion of training forms and track the effectiveness of learning programs\nUphold ISO13485 standards through meticulous documentation, regular audits and continuous process improvement\nManage and maintain employee credentialing records, liaising with managers to ensure compliance\nOrganise and facilitate in-person sessions, e-learning modules and blended learning programs\nManage external training providers, analyse feedback and enhance global learning initiativesRequirements\n\nPrevious experience in a Learning & Development, Training Coordinator or similar HR role\nStrong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nIdeally have experience working in a regulated industryPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
