About the Role At Hendy Group we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to play a key role within our Talent function. The Opportunity: This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying organisational learning needs and translating them into high-quality, scalable development solutions. You will leadtraining needs analysis, source and manage external learning partners, and project manage the design and rollout of strategic development programmes. Alongside this, you will act as a playercoach
designing and delivering selected internal learning interventions, particularly in leadership, performance, culture and critical capability areas Role Responsibilities will include: Training Needs Analysis & Talent Capability Training Supplier Identification & Management Programme Design & Development (Project Leadership) Internal Training Creation & Delivery Delivery Oversight & Embedding Compliance & Mandatory Training Learning Systems, Evaluation & Insight What Were Looking For Experience & Knowledge Proven experience in a Learning & Development or Talent Development role Experience within a Talent, OD or workforce planning function Strong background in Training Needs Analysis Experience in a multi-site, operational or regulated environment Experience sourcing and managing external learning suppliers CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience) Strong project management capability (Prince2, Agile or similar desirable) Skills & Attributes Commercially aware and outcomes-focused Confident facilitator and credible partner to senior leaders Strategic thinker with a hands-on, playercoach mindset Highly organised with strong attention to detail Passionate about capability building and talent development The Rewards: As well as a competitive salary and a structured career path, you will benefit from working in a supportive, progressive environment with excellent development opportunities.
