We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a prestigious 5 Star hotel in the beautiful Berkshire countryside.

In this role, you will lead the learning and development strategy across all departments, ensuring staff have the training and support to excel.
You will work closely with managers to identify skills gaps, deliver development programs, and create a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Duties:
Design and implement learning and development programs for all hotel departments
Deliver induction, refresher, and bespoke training sessions
Monitor performance and provide coaching to staff
Work with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs
Support succession planning and career development initiatives
