Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for caring and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference by helping pupils with additional needs succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual and small group support to pupils to help them access the curriculum and achieve learning goals. * Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet a range of learning styles and abilities. * Support pupils with communication, confidence, and emotional development throughout the school day. * Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels supported and valued.
Essential Qualifications & Skills: * Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting. * Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils. * Ability to work effectively under the direction of teachers and SEN staff.
