Learning Support Assistant - Southwark - Immediate Start

This is a full-time role starting immediately on a long-term basis.

Learning Support Assistant - Salary and Contract:
£444-500 a week with holiday pay included, on a long-term basis.
Contract term January 2026 to July 2026
Potential to become a permanent role or dive into a teacher training position.
Learning Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
Working 1-to-1 with small groups.
Providing support with pupils that have SEND.
Collaborating with SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
Creating and building a safe environment whilst also providing pupils with confidence and motivation.
Learning Support Assistant - What the School offers:
Full-time, long-term role starting immediately in a high achieving Primary school.
A plan to either help you start your teaching career or become a more established Learning Support Assistant.
Opportunity to gain classroom experience, SEN awareness and 1-to1 experience.
Learning Support Assistant - Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate from either a Top 30 University or Russell Group.
Ideally a First-Class degree or 2:1.
SEN awareness and passion to help those with SEND.
Someone that is enthusiastic about education and providing support and to children that may need that extra help.
Confident, Patient and Proactivity whilst also showcasing initiative is important as a Learning Support Assistant
