Academics are delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in the heart of Reading. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning support assistant to join their dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on pupils' educational journeys.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Learning support assistant to support children in accessing the curriculum, developing confidence, and reaching their full potential in a nurturing classroom environment. As a Learning support assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and fellow staff to provide tailored support to pupils who may benefit from additional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective 1:1 support to pupils requiring additional assistance as a Learning support assistant
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Foster positive behaviour and encourage active participation in learning
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teaching staffRequirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting
Ability to provide two professional references
Right to work in the UKThis role is ideal for a committed Learning support assistant who is passionate about education and eager to contribute to a supportive school community.
