We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at the South East London Campus. This role is crucial in providing essential learning and accessibility support to young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Day-to-day of the role: Provide person-centred learning support in line with individual Educational Health & Care Plans (EHCPs). Support students in subjects such as Business, I.T., Maths, and English. Facilitate the personal development of learning/study skills and educational outcomes. Work with individuals or small groups to encourage engagement with activities or independent work. Assist with personal care and mobility needs of students as required. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers, parents/carers, and other agencies involved.
