Your role will involve offering one-on-one and small group support, adapting resources to meet individual needs, and promoting positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and committed to creating an inclusive learning atmosphere. While prior experience in a similar role or within education is desirable, it is not essential, as training and development opportunities will be provided. A genuine passion for education and supporting young people is the most important quality we are seeking.
