Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a vibrant primary school in Aldershot? We are currently working with a well-established primary school in Aldershot to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant on a daily rate of £95 - £105.

About the Learning Support Assistant role: The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities

Helping to create a positive, nurturing education and training environment for all children
