Location: Newark-on-Trent and surrounding areas Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role) Are you a patient, caring, and motivated individual passionate about supporting children's learning and development? About the Role:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and participation in class activities
Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support tailored learning plans
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
A compassionate, patient, and encouraging approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
