In this Learning Support Assistant (SEN) role, you will benefit from extensive training and support while working alongside a dynamic and forward-thinking senior leadership team.
The Role - Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
In this Learning Support Assistant (SEN) role, you will support pupils across the school by helping them access learning in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional support
Supporting communication and social development
Helping teachers deliver engaging and accessible lessons
Working closely with the SEN team and wider support staff
