Leasehold Block Property Manager Up to £40,000 + £3,600 Car Allowance Essex

Are you an experienced & driven Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of residential (& potentially mixed-use) properties in & around the Essex area.

In this key role, you'll be the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, & Leaseholders - delivering outstanding management services while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation & regulations.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Property Inspections & Maintenance: conducting inspections & preparing reports

✅ Financial Management: handling budgets & client accounts

✅ Insurance: managing building, Directors, & Officers insurance

✅ Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors' & Residents' meetings

✅ Administration: managing correspondence & admin duties

✅ Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease

✅ Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors

✅ Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases

✅ Complaints: handling & resolving issues
