Are you passionate about shaping the future of the plumbing and gas industry? Doncaster College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing and Gas Lecturer to join our Construction department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of tradespeople and contribute to a thriving curriculum area.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment across apprenticeship standards and further education courses. You'll also lead on curriculum development, manage classroom environments, and support learners in achieving their full potential.

Essential Criteria
- Professional technical qualification at Level 3 or above, or a relevant degree
- Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
- Substantial industrial experience in plumbing and gas
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons and assess learners across FE and apprenticeship programmes
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area innovation
- Lead and coordinate course teams to ensure effective programme delivery
- Support learners through coaching, mentoring, and guidance
- Participate in recruitment, enrolment, and quality assurance processes
