£24,000 Were recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded law firm who are looking for a Legal Admin Support to join their busy Private Client team. This role would suit someone with previous Private Client legal administration experience who enjoys supporting a team and is looking for a stable, office-based role within a friendly and supportive firm. The Role:

Youll provide day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department, assisting with a range of matters including wills, probate and trusts. Responsibilities will include: Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team

Assisting with document preparation and formatting

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

Opening, closing and maintaining client files

Updating case management systems and ensuring records are accurate

What Were Looking For:

Previous legal administration experience within a Private Client department

Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confident communication skills and a professional, discreet approach

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal systems

Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment

Desirable:

Experience using digital case management systems

Knowledge of basic compliance and data protection requirements
