As part of their growth, they now need an experienced Legal Cashier or Accounts Assistant to join their team. The successful Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant will: - Have previous accounts experience ideally from within the legal field but this is not essential Good attention to detail Purchase ledger experience Bank reconciliations experience Good IT experience, including accounts packages and Excel Key Responsibilities of the Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant: - Processing incoming and outgoing payments for all client and office accounts Invoicing clients Maintaining client ledgers Answering queries from clients and staff Preparing client statements Conveyancing completions Billing Purchase ledger Internal account transfers Bank reconciliations Filing Compliance administration
