This opportunity allows a junior attorney to acquire valuable multi-jurisdictional L&E in-house legal experience while learning from experienced attorneys and paralegals. \n At Aristocrat, as Legal Counsel, you will deliver practical and commercially-minded advice on diverse L&E legal matters across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Asia, and other areas. The position mainly supports the Senior Counsel for EMEA, India, and Asia, with additional opportunities to collaborate with the global L&E Legal team. \n Provide ongoing aid on the entire scope of L&E legal issues, including guidance and assistance, employee relations, performance management, terminations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and cross-border matters.
\n Deliver timely, effective, practical, business-friendly advice consistent with Aristocrat’s values, business objectives, and risk tolerance. \n Help identify, prioritize, develop, and improve L&E-related policies, processes, and mentorship documents. \n Prepare and conduct education and training on a wide variety of L&E topics.
