£101.86 per hour The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (VP level) to join a high-performing Investment Services legal team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This is a key advisory role supporting a sophisticated financial services business across a broad range of complex legal matters. Based in Canary Wharf, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational legal initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including financial services and outsourcing contracts Advising on regulatory and legal considerations impacting business activities Supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities Working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, risk and compliance About You Minimum 8 years' PQE Trained at a recognised City law firm Strong commercial contracts and negotiation experience Background in financial services and/or outsourcing arrangements Confident advising senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Commercially minded, pragmatic and solution-oriented If this is something of interest to you, apply today!
