You will work closely with teams across the organisation, supporting everything from commercial strategy to regulatory compliance, while ensuring robust legal frameworks are in place. Good commutes from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Ely, etc. Hybrid working in place, but flexible on this, so if further afield, then a conversation can be had.In this hands-on role, you will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier, licensing, NDA, MSA and distribution contracts. You will also support intellectual property activities, working alongside external advisors on patents, trademarks and wider IP strategy.Alongside this, you will play a key role in corporate governance, data protection and risk management. You will provide clear, commercially focused advice to stakeholders, implement policies and compliance frameworks, and oversee relationships with external legal partners.We are looking for a commercially minded legal professional with at least 4 years' PQE who thrives in a standalone role.
