Position We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team based out of our London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities The role is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions. This includes:

Terms of Business Agreements Claims handling agreements Master policies Policy or service contract terms and conditions Supplier agreements, including IT‑related agreements

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will be a UK‑qualified lawyer with experience gained from within a general insurance company or a similar regulated financial services organisation.
