Legal CounselOur client, a leading UK airport is expanding its legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and talented commercial counsel to join a dynamic and highly respected in-house legal team.Reporting to the Head. In this broad role, you will provide comprehensive timely legal support as a pivotal part of their legal team, across a range of complex legal matters.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering strategic legal advice on complex commercial and corporate matters, supporting the company’s commercial and operational objectives. In addition to drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts. In addition to ensuring the provision of timely and effective legal advice to the business. Providing corporate, commercial and regulatory legal support to other departments and cross functional stakeholders.Who You AreA legal professional with 3+ years’ commercial experience, preferably gained in a leading law firm or with a commercial in-house team.Experience of drafting and negotiating complex commercial/corporate agreements.
