A healthcare regulator is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support the Legal and Governance (L&G) Directorate.

The role will involve operational management in collaboration with the L&G leadership team, leading on the delivery of strategic plans and organisational goals. You will lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and support with analysis of management information and performance data. You will also help design and oversee a knowledge management framework for the Directorate.

To be considered, you should have previous experience of working in a regulatory environment in a management role. Experience of improving legal processes, optimising functions to improve quality and timeliness and experience of implementing technology in legal settings is very desirable.

This is a brand new role for the Council and will encompass a wide variety or work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a value led organisation which prioritises staff wellbeing and development. You will receive a salary of £58,700 - £69,059 depending on experience and will be expected to attend the office 2 days a week.
