Their London office, based in Liverpool Street, has a small, friendly, and close-knit team, and due to growth, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal PA to join their Corporate team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your impact: As a Legal PA, you'll play a vital role in supporting fee earners within the Corporate practice. You'll be trusted to manage complex schedules and coordinate diaries, dealing with matters and billing, and ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues. You'll also contribute to the collaborative spirit of the office by assisting with wider team tasks when needed, i. greeting clients and post runs. Key responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive PA support to Corporate fee earners Basic document preparation and amendments Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Supporting timekeeping, expense processing, and billing activitiesAssisting with office tasks such as printing, post runs, and greeting clients Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience (8-10 years+) as a Legal PA within a top-tier law firm Outstanding organisational and communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and on IT Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities A team player with a positive mindset and always happy to support the wider team Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards
