We’re working with a highly regarded London law firm looking for a Senior Legal PA to provide direct, high-level support to Partners. This is a pivotal position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in operating at the top of their game.


The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll act as a true right hand to Partners—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring their day runs seamlessly.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 direct support to Partners and senior fee earners
  • Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating high-level meetings, travel, and client engagements
  • Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Acting as a key liaison for clients, demonstrating professionalism at all times
  • Supporting billing, WIP management, and financial administration
  • Taking a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA supporting Partners or senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence with complex international travel arrangements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Confident communicator with a professional, polished approach
  • Experience within a fast-paced, high-performing legal or professional services environment
