We're delighted to be working with an exceptional City law firm known for its client-centric service, friendly environment, and team collaboration. With continued growth in their Blackfriars office, they're now looking for a Legal PA to join their Private Client & Tax and Family team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbox, diary, and travel management for a team of fee earnersPreparing and formatting legal documents and correspondenceHeavy billing and time recording with confidenceLiaising with clients, including high-net-worth individualsAnswering calls and managing expensesSupporting business development tasks and internal eventsProviding ad hoc administrative support across the team

What we're looking for:

Previous Legal PA or strong Legal Administration experience (2-6 years) ideally within a law firm or professional servicesStrong billing experience and excellent client service skillsConfident communicator with a professional and friendly mannerProactive, flexible, and happy to get stuck into any taskA bubbly personality with a good head on their shouldersExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment
