Has proven experience in legal recruitment (essential) Has successfully operated a full 360 desk with billing responsibility Is confident managing both clients and candidates end-to-end Thrives in a remote, self-managed environment Is commercially driven, resilient, and proactive Has a long-term mindset and wants to grow with a business
Key Responsibilities (360 Role) Business Development & Client Management
Develop and win new business within the legal sector Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Take detailed job briefs and advise on hiring strategy, market trends, and salary benchmarking Negotiate terms of business and fees Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
Candidate Management
Source, attract, and engage high-calibre legal professionals (Partner to Paralegal level) Conduct detailed interviews and assess candidate suitability Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process Provide guidance on CV preparation, interview performance, and offer negotiation
Delivery & Process Management
Manage multiple live roles efficiently and effectively Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback Handle offer management and closing processes Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates
Market & Brand Building
