Monday – Friday – 08.45am – 17.30pm
Saturday – 09.00am – 15.30pm (every other week) Day off in lieu for working Saturday

Salary is dependent on experience.
We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join our client in their Swindon branch.
Primary Duties:
* Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
* Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
* Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
* Conduct viewings of properties for let
* Administer contract paperwork in relation to tenancy agreements
* Update window displays and website
* Compose marketing literature
* Undertake direct marketing
Secondary Duties:
* Conduct viewings of properties for sale
* Conduct valuations of properties for rent
* Update social media sites
* Provide cover when required
* Other duties as required
Essential Criteria:
* Driving licence and a car
* Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
* Mileage allowance is paid at 45p per mile.
* 20 Days & Bank Holidays & Birthday Increasing to a maximum of 25 Days
