Part-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Nursery) - Preston Area
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly nursery team on a part-time basis. Our nursery is proudly attached to a welcoming primary school in the Preston area, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for both children and staff.
Working Days: This is a part-time role working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting after the Easter half term.
About the Role: You will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with the class teacher and wider team, you will help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision Assist with planning and implementing activities in line with the EYFS framework Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Support children's personal, social, and emotional development Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environmentEssential Requirements:
Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential - applicants without this will not be considered) Experience working within a nursery or early years setting A strong understanding of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and teamwork skills A caring, patient, and proactive approachWhat We Offer:
