You’ll be supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception, many of whom have additional needs or require help settling into routines, developing communication skills, and accessing early learning in a positive, structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing: One-to-one and small group support: Help EYFS pupils meet learning and development targets, including support for speech, language, and social interaction.

In-class support: Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
