Location: SE19, Crystal Palace
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are a warm, private family-run nursery located in the heart of Crystal Palace (SE19), offering exceptional care and early education in a nurturing and friendly environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best learning experiences for young children, and we are currently seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join us as soon as possible.

Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will be responsible for planning, observing, and assessing children's development, fostering positive relationships with children, their families, and the team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real impact in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the EYFS curriculum to promote children's learning and development.
Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting and tracking their development.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
DBS check on the Update Service (must be up-to-date).
Previous experience in an early years setting.
A passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, particularly with children and parents.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience, ranging from GBP25,000 to GBP29,000 per annum.
