Your Role: Responsibilities & Duties

* Assist in planning and preparing resources to support lesson delivery and learning outcomes * Set up and clear away classroom materials (books, art supplies, AVA equipment, etc.) * Maintain classroom organisation and resources * Supervise individuals or small groups under teacher guidance, adjusting activities as needed * Monitor pupil progress and communicate feedback to teaching staff * Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment * Promote pupil independence and engagement in learning tasks
