What you’ll need to succeed? xrlawcv

Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children

To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills)

Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years

Strong communication skills and a team player

What you will be asked to do:

Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus

Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework

Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps

Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues
