The Role - Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Cheltenham)

  • Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
