Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages

Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety

Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas independently Our business is open 7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability and punctuality are all essential, as you will form an important part of a team.

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, however if you can pass the Butlins swim test we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding. About Butlin's
