We're looking for an experienced Lift / Site Supervisor who has spent their career in onshore lifting environments - construction, infrastructure, industrial and heavy lifting projects - and understands what it takes to deliver safe, controlled, professional crane operations day in, day out. What You'll Be Trusted to Do Take full control of lifting operations on site, from setup to completion Ensure all lifts are delivered in line with LOLER, BS7121 and approved lift plans Act as the senior on-site authority for crane operations Lead and coordinate crane operators, slingers and site teams Maintain calm, control and clarity on busy, high-pressure sites Stop the job when it's unsafe - and restart it properly This is a role for someone who understands that safety is not paperwork - it's leadership.
