Staffright are recruiting for our client based in Harlow, a well-established and growing global FMCG manufacturer, for an experienced and motivated Line Technician to support high-speed production operations
The Role- As a Line Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring production lines operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production line equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults Complete line changeovers and setups Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements- 2+ years experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work under pressure Proactive approach to maintenance and improvement
