Service Care Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a respected and long-standing law firm in South East London who are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Civil Litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy over their caseload, and a genuinely supportive working environment.
Matters will include (but are not limited to):
Landlord & Tenant disputes Boundary and neighbour disputes Debt recovery General civil litigation matters
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of civil litigation files from instruction to conclusion Drafting pleadings, witness statements, court documents, and settlement agreements Providing clear, strategic, and practical legal advice to clients Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations Undertaking legal research and ensuring procedural compliance Accurately recording time and maintaining well-organised, compliant files Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate
