Deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial tenants
Conduct routine and emergency property inspections
Monitor and supervise contractors and site works
Respond quickly and professionally to urgent issues (e.g. leaks, break-ins)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the buildings and their operational status
Coordinate key handling, mail delivery, and meter readings
Assist with resident onboarding and move-ins
Report estate-wide issues such as safety risks, anti-social behaviour, or maintenance needs
Collaborate with the Lettings, Property Management, Security, and Sustainability teams

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property or facilities
Proven problem-solving ability in a hands-on role
Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
Calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
Able to work independently and take initiative, while being a reliable team player
Tech-literate and comfortable using property systems and apps
You'll also be:
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Personable, empathetic, and always willing to go the extra mile
Solution-focused with a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
Flexible and responsive in a dynamic, resident-facing role
What You'll Get in Return
A private apartment/flat in Chelsea (SW3) included in the package
Competitive salary and benefits
The chance to work on one of London's most prestigious residential portfolios
A supportive team culture where your input is valued
Career development opportunities and training
Involvement in forward-thinking, sustainability-led estate initiatives
