3 - 6 months (high chance of this being ongoing) What you'll be doing: * Advising clients on a broad range of day-to-day HR and employment law matters. * Drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff handbooks. * Handling and advising on settlement agreements, redundancy matters, and Employment Tribunal claims. * Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including TUPE and due diligence. * Undertaking advocacy in tribunal, chambers, or court settings where appropriate. * Delivering client training sessions and assisting with presentations. * Supporting business development and marketing initiatives for the employment team where required. * Working across both claimant and respondent employment matters. * Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
