Were Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Site based)
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
What youll do:
Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions and export documentation.
Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.
Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.
What were looking for:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination
Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with ERP systems
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
NB: this is a site based role - 5 days a a week
