Supply Chain Coordinator Supply chain and purchasing coordinator Fluent English | Advanced French Required Location: Belgravia, London (5 days office-based) Salary: £40,000£50,000 (DOE) A fast-paced, entrepreneurial purchasing and sales business operating in the high-value product space is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator with fluent English and advanced-level French . The business works with a discerning UHNW / HNW client base , where accuracy, discretion and professionalism are essential. This role is ideally suited to someone from a smaller, agile business , preferably within FMCG or eCommerce , who is comfortable taking ownership of supply chain processes in a high-volume yet premium environment. The Supply Chain and Purchasing Coordinator role: As the sole person in the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support end-to-end purchasing and supply chain operations, acting as a key link between suppliers, internal teams and client-facing stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery from order to completion. Key Responsibilities Source and purchase high-value products , supporting go-to-market activity Coordinate end-to-end client and referred orders , ensuring accuracy and timely execution Communicate confidently in English and French with suppliers and stakeholders (written and verbal) Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times and delivery schedules Maintain and validate data within bespoke supply chain systems Partner with IT to support process and system improvements Operate with a commercial, detail-driven and solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment Essential Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken) Advanced French (written and spoken)

essential Experience in supply chain, purchasing or coordination roles Background in a small to mid-sized business , ideally within FMCG or eCommerce Comfortable working with high-value and high-volume products Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail Advanced MS Office skills; confident working with bespoke systems Professional, discreet and confident dealing with UHNW / HNW stakeholders Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively Competencies Assessed at Interview Flexibility and adaptability in a high-expectation environment Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback Examples of process improvement, ownership and measurable impact Why Join?
