Job Description
Job Title: Logistics Site Coordinator\n\nLocation: London\n\nWorking Pattern:\n\nOn-site, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm\nOccasional travel for training and team meetingsOverview\n\nThe Logistics Site Coordinator owns the end-to-end management of logistics, inventory, and asset operations across multiple locations. The role ensures equipment is procured, stored, tracked, and delivered efficiently to support operational and project requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage all logistics and stockroom operations across multiple sites.\nOwn inventory control, asset lifecycle management, and stock forecasting.\nMaintain stock levels and agree reorder thresholds with stakeholders.\nCoordinate procurement, deliveries, returns, and RMAs with logistics providers.\nEnsure accurate asset tracking, reporting, and documentation.\nSupport concurrent projects by coordinating timely equipment deployment.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet operational needs.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and manual handling standards.Skills & Experience\n\n5+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nManual Handling and Safety At Work qualifications\nWarehousing and Storage Qualifications such as Level 2 Certificates or BTECs are desired.\nFirst Aid or other Health and Safety qualifications are desirable.\nProven ability to manage multiple workstreams.\nDetail -oriented, process-driven, and confident communicator.\nExposure to Project Management is an advantage.\nAble to work independently and take ownership of operations.\nValid Manual Handling and Health & Safety certifications.\nPhysically capable of fulfilling the manual aspects of the role
