Our products sit at the heart of BCB, driving innovation and supporting our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.As Commercial Director for Lending & Working Capital (L&WC), you'll lead financial performance and strategy, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll head a team of 10, aligning scorecards, board-level metrics, and Group priorities while driving planning, forecasting, and collaboration across Coverage, Finance, and Group Corporate Treasury. Acting as a key link between Product teams and partners, you'll nurture growth, operational excellence, and data-driven insight to deliver better outcomes for customers.What you'll be doing:Lead planning and revenue forecasting across L&WC acting as the first point of contact with Finance and key partners to produce accurate multi-year forecastsBuild enhanced forecasting and value analysis by client, segment and sector, using insights to sharpen decisionsSupervise performance trends and lead interventions that unlock sustainable growth and improve customer outcomesImprove analytics and supporting data sets that underpin pricing and forecasting, including greater adoption of AI and tried machine learning from our platformsAssess the impact of tactical and central initiatives, track benefits against budget and ensure assumptions remain soundBe responsible for the relationship with Group Corporate Treasury, deputise for the MD at ALCOs, and lead discussions at Asset and Liability Pricing Committee and BCB Growth Forum to ensure pricing and liquidity processes are accurate and alignedWhy Lloyds Banking Group:We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good.
