Role: Interim M&A Analyst

Location: Central London

Duration: 3-month contract initially

Days: 1-2 days per week on-site

Rate: c.500/day doe

Start: Urgent, Immediately Available


About the business PE backed scale-up, ~60 employees, high-growth environment expected to be worth billions within the next two years. Fast-paced, C-suite-facing culture with long hours.


Looking for: A sharp, commercially minded deals professional from a Big 4 transaction services or deal advisory background. The candidate will bring strong financial modelling and deal support experience and be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving scale-up environment.


Candidate requirements

  • ACA qualified, Big 4 audit or training background (~3 years)
  • 3-6 years in Big 4 deal advisory or transaction services
  • 50/50 split of financial modelling and deal support, due diligence and information pack preparation
  • Someone sharp, bright and switched on
