Provide expert tax structuring advice pre- and post-transaction to ensure tax-efficient solutions. Prepare technical project descriptions and high-quality reports. Support strategic business development initiatives, particularly in the private equity domain.
What We're Looking For
Proven ability in handling transactions tax at Assistant Manager or Manager level or a similar corporate tax specialisation. Strong client relationship management and collaboration skills. Experience in people development, with a focus on inclusivity and coaching.
