Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled machinery meets operational standards.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Utilize various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly is a plus.
Proven experience in machine building or mechanical assembly .
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
